Have you ever wondered where those Zoom recording go?
Zoom Local Recordings
If you're Zoom account is set to Local Recordings, you will find the Folder in Documents>Zoom. On a PC this will be in File Explorer and on a Mac in Finder. You can then click & drag it into OneDrive, then share it from OneDrive (preferred) or Google Drive, etc…
In Finder on a Mac or File Explorer on a PC:

Managing your Local Recordings
Also, if you want to manage recordings or can't find a recording: Go to your Zoom Profile picture>My Profile>Recordings>Click on your Local Recording>choose to Open or Delete it. You can then click & drag it into OneDrive (preferred) or Google Drive account, etc… if you would like to keep it. Or this is where you can delete unwanted recordings.
Zoom Cloud Recordings
NOTE: Occasionally, we need to clear out our Overlake Zoom cloud storage as we have been over our storage allotment. Please go to your Zoom cloud recording and either download them to your laptop, delete them or upload them to your OneDrive cloud account.
If you have a Licensed Zoom account and have enabled cloud recordings, you should receive an Email notification of your Zoom recording on the day you recorded.
Managing your Cloud Recordings
Go to your Zoom Profile picture>My Profile>Recordings>Click on your Recording>then Cloud Recording tab, choose to Download it. You can then click & drag it into OneDrive (preferred) or Google Drive account, etc… if you would like to keep it. Or this is where you can delete unwanted recordings.
