How to update your Magnus Mobile App password
- Log into Magnus, using the same credentials as your Veracross Parent Portal login. Once Logged in, hover over your name (top left screen).
- Choose" Change Credentials" and create a username and password. These new credentials are your mobile Magnus App login only.
Password criteria
If you are having issues resetting your password, please make sure that the password meets the requirements.
- 10 characters at least - 1 uppercase
- 1 lowercase
- 1 number
- 1 special character
- Download the "Magnus Mobile v2" App from the Apple Store or Google Play store, and log in using your recently created username and password.
