| Whether on campus or remote, it’s important that you know how to schedule meetings with your colleagues and students. Since we use Microsoft 365 at Overlake, you can schedule a meeting using either Teams or Outlook - creating a meeting using either app will also show in the other since they both reference your same calendar regardless of where you created the meeting. Be sure to check out the “Scheduling Assistant” which shows your colleagues availability based on what they already have scheduled in their personal Outlook calendar. |  |
